I come from a soccer family and have coached for more than 40 years — learning early from my father, he held the first USSF A license issued in Washington State. My brother Brian now leads the Seattle Sounders in MLS so coaching is a family passion. My own path took me from a professional playing career, including a spot on the U.S. National Futsal Team, into decades of coaching and a soccer training company I was able to help build into a national brand. TRAIN4WARD is my coaching philosophy distilled: the game is the teacher.
