Knowing yourself is not as easy as you think. Even though we have body, soul, and mind that are always together does not guarantee knowing well. I once had about an identity crisis. Some of the questions below I can not answer properly because apparently, I do not know myself well. I am so sad honestly.
1. How do you feel right now?
2. What do I want and dream of in life?
3. What are my likes and dislikes?
4. What strengths and weaknesses do I have?
I hope you don't experience anything like what I did. But it's okay to know yourself is a process that must be passed. Knowing yourself better will subconsciously increase your sense of love and acceptance of yourself. I learned that knowing yourself is a journey, not a game. Everyone has their own process and time. My journey of knowing myself begins with accepting my strengths, and weaknesses and appreciating myself. I realized this when I found out the song from BTS with the theme of self-love, This is the link to a youtube channel namely "Answer: Love myself". I realized from a piece of the song "I should love myself (I'm learning how to love myself)" that loving ourselves is more difficult than loving others. Sometimes we want the best for the people we love but we forget that we should love ourselves first.

So what do I do to get to know myself better and answer all the questions above?
Taking my time, a piece of paper, a pen, and writing about myself honestly and openly is uncomfortable but that's okay it's part of the process. As a help I have 20 questions, this link is to get the 20 questions and you can print the file. Hopefully, the questions can help you also to get to know yourself more deeply.
After writing 20 answers to the questions, I feel uncomfortable, I don't accept why I am like this, this is not what I want. Many contradictions in my heart, and slowly I began to accept and know myself from my strengths, weaknesses, and what I like and don't like. What do I want in life? Have a purpose or direction where I should go to give my life meaning.
I started thinking about making small changes to become a better version of myself. What can I do to become a better version? Focus on the strengths that I have and accept any shortcomings that exist and appreciate every process that exists. One way to love yourself is to take care of yourself, maintain and improve what is there and stay grateful.
I started journaling and listing.
It's as simple as letting out what's on your mind and having a happier day.

2. What I was grateful for today?
3. What skills do I want to improve?
4. What treatment will I do this week?
5. What books do I want to read?
6. What music do I want to hear?
I focus more on what makes me better and happier to go through the day and I hope you are always happy and focused on what makes you a better person. Sometimes with so many fast-paced schedules and responsibilities, we tend to forget about ourselves and our well-being.
