• Personal use only. Don't share/leak/trade or redistribute my models in any way. this also means that you can't use my model for streaming or commercial purposes.

• No asset mining you will find all used assets in the description of the Model if you like one simply follow the link and purchase said asset from the creator.

• No reselling even if you have edited the model it will still remain as my avatar.

• Don't use Illegal versions of my Models. I'm aware that there will still be people who will disregard my TOS and that you might find ripped versions of my Models on Illegal Websites. Please report if you find someone using my Model without having bought or being gifted it.

• Don't claim it as your own. Send people who like the Model to my store. It would support me if you did (still feel free to brag about your fancy edit and OwO please share it with me I wanna see what you did with it).

• Uploading my model as public is prohibited. Please only upload as private this will prevent from accidentally leaking the Model.

• Sharing discount codes isn't allowed. If you've requested a discount for a Model this discount only belongs to you. (found one in my discount server, feel free to share that with your friends but only if you also provide an invite link to my server).

• Don't recreate my models. You liked the design that's awesome! feel free to get inspired by it but refer from trying to copy my entire design.
• No hateful imagery/words/etc. Are to be used on my Model.

• Non-Refundable. seeing as its a digital file you wont be able to refund it. You are responsible for reviewing all information before purchasing.

• Edit my Models. You might wanna give it a personal touch and you're more than welcome to. I'd also love to see what you've done so feel free to share it in either my discord server or in my dms. 

• Use for giveaways. If you wanna do a giveaway with my model please make sure to gift them the model using their information (Email/Discord/VRC)

(you can also message me in my server and open a ticket to request that I do a giveaway in your server in return for advertising my store and server).

• I do take commissions to create a Model for you either you buy me the assets needed (with commercial license) or you pay me the amount needed for said Assets including the Tax that I need to pay. In addition I will charge money for my time and the work it takes. (this amount can vary depending on the complexity). 
• I have the rights to sell this Model in my store unless you pay an additional fee (my TOS still apply).
