Born and raised in The Buckeye State, Takeah Latimore’s love for words sprouted when she began reading at age three. By nine-years-old, she was penning short stories, poems, and essays for school competitions. In March of 2020, Takeah independently published her debut urban romance novel “Shortie”.
To date, Takeah has published three books, with more on the horizon. Her literary motto, "It's all Black love between these pages".

The turnaround for signed paperbacks will be based on whether or not I have them in stock. Books that are readily available will be shipped within two to three weeks. Books that are not in stock will have to printed and sent to me first for signing. Those paperbacks have a six to eight week turnaround time.
