Mission

The Takhrīj al-Ḥadīth bookstore is run by the two brothers ‘Abdullāh (Bahrain) and ‘Imrān (Germany).

We saw that it was very difficult for a Muslim in the west to obtain physical copies of books by the Ahlul-Ḥadīth/Salafī scholars of the subcontinent. Even if one were able to contact a bookstore there and convince them to ship internationally, the shipping costs would be more than most could afford. So we sought Allāh’s help and consulted with the Bahraini Shaykh Dr. Maḥboob Abū ‘Āsim [ḥafiẓahullāh] (PhD in Ḥadīth from Medīnah University, and he was a close student of Shaykh ‘Uthaymīn [raḥimahullāh]) and also with Ḥāfiẓ Zubair ʿAlī Za’ī’s son [raḥimahullāh], Ḥāfiẓ Mu’ādh, and we established Takhrīj al-Ḥadīth Publications.

Takhrīj al-Ḥadīth Bookstore is the platform where we make our books available for international purchase.

Takhrīj al-Ḥadīth Bookstore aims to bring to you the works of the Ahlul-Ḥadīth/Salafī ‘Ulamā` from all over the world, whether in Arabic, English, Urdu, Roman Urdu or other languages in various Islamic sciences.

Every book we offer is published with the cooperation of the copyright holder, except for the books that have no copyright in the first place. You can see our selection of books here, and this selection will continuously grow with the permission of Allāh.

Our services

1. Takhrīj al-Ḥadīth Bookstore offers you an order-to-print service through lulu. You choose the books you want, and they will be printed and shipped to you at a reasonable price. This form of book-selling has many advantages, but also disadvantages, such as some slightly longer waiting time for the books to arrive at your place. Since the books first have to get printed, our shipping time can be up to 4 weeks. (Note: wholesale-orders to UK and Europe will have much shorter delivery times, in shā Allāh.)

We strive to offer you the best prices we can afford and constant availability of the books, with Allāh’s permission. For those who cannot afford the physical book, we offer ebook editions of our own publications for FREE.

2. We provide a publication service for scholars and students of knowledge on the Manhaj of the Ahlul-Ḥadīth/Salafiyyah. Have you written/translated a book that you believe can benefit the Muslims? Then send us a message through the publishing proposal form after carefully reading the checklist, and we will publish your work if it meets our criteria, in shā Allāh. You can also contact us if you own the copyright of a book by a scholar or student of knowledge and you would like us to publish it on our platform so that the author can benefit from it as a Ṣadaqah Jāria.

3. We offer a multi-layered wholesale service in Europe and the UK, both for authors and bookstores, as well as smaller and bigger publishers:

Takhrīj al-Ḥadīth Bookstore is dependant on other bookstores to make its publications available locally. For this reason, we offer attractive wholesale discounts to resellers.

The wholesale hardcover editions will have a better quality and there are extras to choose from, like a high quality saddle stitch binding and bookmarks. We have a special page for books ready for wholesale-printing.

If you are interested in buying our books wholesale or want us to offer your own books on our website for wholesale printing, please fill out this form after reading the instructions. In case a customer is interested in obtaining your books, we will act as a mediator and/or fulfillment service.
