About Me
Tal Stineman writes stories about identity, connection, second chances, and the messy business of becoming who you are when nobody else gets to decide for you.
His work ranges from queer romance to speculative fiction, usually with sharp dialogue, complicated people, and at least one character making an objectively terrible decision for emotionally understandable reasons.
When he isn’t writing, Tal is probably listening to music too loudly, plotting another book, or insisting that the fictional people in his head are being difficult on purpose.
He believes stories should be honest, hopeful without being naïve, and a little bit weird around the edges.
