1. Download the ZIP from your Payhip download page or receipt and extract its six files.
2. Read the PDF cards in a compatible reader or print the format matching your paper. To use the picker, open Date-Night-Sorted.html on a desktop or laptop.
3. Choose one plan and make it fit your evening. You do not need to complete all 52 or follow a weekly schedule.
TIME, SPENDING AND DEVICES
38 ideas are tagged Use what you have. This assumes you already own the listed materials; transport, printing or optional choices can add costs. Other cards suggest a small optional spend or a treat. Agree your own spending cap. Activity times are approximate; allow for preparation and travel.
The picker requires JavaScript and local HTML files to be allowed. It works offline after download, with local saving when available and a separate JSON backup. There is no cloud sync. Your optional date and notes stay when switching ideas and appear on a printed plan; check them before printing. Phone file handling for the picker is not supported.
The PDFs are a separate way to use the ideas. No physical cards are shipped; paper and printing are not included.

START SMALL, KEEP A USEFUL RECORD
1. Name a box and choose its destination room.
2. Add the items in it. Name, quantity and box are enough to start. Photos, categories, values, serials and private notes are optional.
3. Search an item when you need it, check the contents after arrival and update its final shelf as you unpack.
For example: record your chargers in FIRST, then set their final location to Bedside drawer. Search for chargers to see the box and shelf. You do not need to catalogue every object before the tool becomes useful.

Work in one browser tab and export a full JSON backup regularly. Local saving depends on the browser, profile, file location and device; check the save message. Clearing browser data or changing devices can affect the saved copy. Backups provide a manual way to transfer your project. There is no cloud sync or phone app.

Up to 1,000 item records, 250 boxes, 200 tasks, 150 cost lines, 30 rooms and 100 photo attachments; applicable records in trash count toward these limits. Photo copies are compressed; keep originals separately. Full backup limit: 20 MB.
A received check applies to every unit in its record. CSV adds items rather than updating or deduplicating them; use JSON for a full backup. Pantry stock is not consumed automatically. Custom meals, Leftovers and Takeout notes do not generate ingredients; add their groceries as manual extras. Extras join matching recipe needs and are shared across weeks until edited or removed. Pantry deduction can be turned off. Ingredient names and units need to match: g/kg, ml/l and each/piece combine, while other units only combine with the same unit. No cup-to-gram or weight-to-volume conversion is attempted.
Expiry dates are reminders, not a safety assessment; dated pantry items remain included until you edit or remove them. Recipes are not a nutrition or allergy database. Review labels, household preferences and cooking methods yourself. The app does not provide live prices, shop stock, ordering or background notifications.
