At the end of each month, 30% of the sales we make (after listing and shipping fees are deducted, which are generally around 10% of each sale) will be donated to a charitable cause or mutual aid requests. Every cause we have supported in the past will be listed on the "What We've Accomplished" page, unless it's an individual who requested the transaction to be private.

The causes are decided based on what we feel is the most urgent to support at the time, and they can and will rotate between any of the following focuses: Mental health resources, people experiencing houselessness, right to access food, water, and medicine, the LGBTQ+ community, cancer and other hospital patients, and environmental preservation.

We to ship batches of orders 2-3 times a month, meaning your order processing time could be anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks.

We strive to be as sustainable as possible in the creation process so 90% of our yarn is repurposed from previous owners, and always from as locally as possible. Because of this, we do not know the exact fiber content of the majority of the yarn used, however it is guaranteed to be acquired and sanitized safely.
