Hey friends, it's been a minute. While Tangled Ties was never fully gone, it has definitely been on the back burner for the past few months. School has been taking up so much of my brain space and it's been hard to prioritize anything outside of what's necessary to stay functioning. But I know this channel of connection is important to me, so I'm gonna be doing all I can to keep it running.
I have some new art pieces in the works, some that I started way back in September that are taking on a new life. And a lot of experimentation is on the way as I try to figure out how to keep this project sustainable for me. Likely a focus on quality over quantity, and giving less polished insight into my messy creative process. After all, at it's heart, Tangled Ties is about humanity. And humanity is by no means perfect, but that doesn't make it any less beautiful.
I hope you'll all join me on this journey. Spring is coming, hope is on the horizon, and Tangled Ties is sprouting once again.
