After being morbidly obese for majority of her life, she found herself at her unhealthiest weight - over 350 pounds. With healthy living and eliminating fad diets, she found herself seeking to be healthy. In 362 days, she released over 100 pounds and knew this was going to be her new lifestyle. Tanisha is now an Inspirational Speaker, Lifestyle Strategist, and Author. Her mission is to help others in not only becoming healthy, but healing from their unhealthy lifestyle habits.
