No Refund Policy for Digital Items
Thank you for choosing to purchase our digital items. Please read the following no refund policy carefully before making your purchase:
- All sales of digital items are final: Once a digital item has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. This policy applies to all types of digital products, including but not limited to software, ebooks, digital downloads, online courses, and virtual goods.
2. Instant access and usability: Digital items are typically made available for instant download or access upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, once you have received or gained access to the item, we cannot revoke or refund your purchase.
3. Product description and demonstration: We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions, specifications, and demonstrations of our digital items. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review the product information carefully to ensure it meets your expectations and requirements.
4. Technical issues and troubleshooting: In case you encounter technical issues or difficulties with the digital item after purchase, we are committed to providing assistance and support to resolve the problem. Please reach out and we will make every effort to assist you.
5. Unauthorized distribution and piracy: Please note that unauthorized distribution, sharing, or piracy of our digital items is strictly prohibited. By purchasing our digital items, you agree to use them for personal use only and not to distribute, share, or reproduce them without prior written consent.
6.Below are the specific conditions under which you could be eligible for a refund:
1–If you've accidentally purchased the same product twice, either as individual products or as part of one of my bundles.
2–If you encounter issues with downloading your purchased content, please contact me first. I might need a few back-and-forth emails with you to diagnose and try to fix the issue. You could be asked to provide a video and/or screenshots demonstrating the issue so I can get a proper idea and help with solving it. Only if we can't resolve the problem will you be eligible for a refund.
Conditions:
Refunds will be processed through the Paypal platform.
I reserve the right to deny any return that doesn't meet these criteria.
