Due to the nature of digital files, all digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been purchased and delivered.

However, your satisfaction matters to me! If you experience an issue with your file — such as download errors, corrupted files, wrong size, or trouble accessing your product — please email me at [your email] and I will gladly assist you so you receive the correct item.

No exchanges or returns are available for digital products.

✨ Physical Products

Physical items (such as tumblers, journals, and custom products) are made to order and carefully inspected before shipping.

I gladly offer replacements if:

• Your item arrives damaged,
• You receive the wrong item, or
• There is a quality issue caused on my end.

To request a replacement, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A short description of the issue

Refunds for physical items may be issued only in special circumstances at my discretion.

✨ Custom Orders

Because personalized items are created specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If there is a mistake on my part, I will correct it at no extra cost.

✨ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within the first 1 hour if production has not started.

After this time, cancellations may not be available.
