How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Process and fulfill purchases

Where applicable, we process information to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests or act on your consent.

Marketing Communications

Purchasing a product does not automatically require you to receive promotional communications.

If you voluntarily subscribe to marketing messages, Tateway Enterprises may send business resources, product announcements and occasional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in a marketing email or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional messages concerning purchases, receipts, downloads, security or customer support.

We do not send promotional text messages without the consent required by applicable law.

How We Share Information

We may share necessary information with service providers that help operate the store, including:

  • Payhip
  • Stripe or another selected payment processor
  • Email-delivery and marketing providers
  • Website hosting, security or analytics providers
  • Professional advisers, accountants or legal representatives
  • Government or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is legally required

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Tateway Enterprises does not sell or rent customer personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfillment, support, security, accounting, tax and legal obligations.

Transaction and tax records may generally be retained for up to seven years or longer when legally required. Marketing information may be retained until consent is withdrawn, subject to maintaining limited suppression records needed to honor an unsubscribe request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their email accounts, devices, passwords and download links.

Cookies and Analytics

Payhip and enabled service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, security, store functionality, analytics and customer preferences.

Additional analytics or advertising technologies will only be used when enabled for the store and subject to applicable consent requirements.

International Processing

Payhip and other service providers may process information in countries other than the customer’s country. Their processing is governed by their applicable agreements, safeguards and privacy policies.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our products, practices, service providers or legal obligations change. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page.

2. Terms of Use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the lawful involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

You agree to provide accurate purchase and contact information and to use the storefront and products only for lawful purposes.

Digital Product License

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, purchasing a Tateway digital product gives the purchaser a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use or internal use within the purchaser’s own business.

You may:

  • Download the files for your own use
  • Print reasonable copies for your own use
  • Enter your own business information into worksheets
  • Use completed worksheets internally within your own business
  • Maintain a reasonable personal backup copy

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute or sublicense the files
  • Share the files or download link with others
  • Upload the files to public websites, shared drives or file-sharing services
  • Remove ownership, copyright or rights notices
  • Claim the product or its content as your own
  • Repackage the material as a competing commercial product
  • Use the material to train, populate or distribute another commercial template, database or artificial-intelligence product
  • Reproduce substantial portions for commercial distribution

A separate license must be purchased or obtained for uses outside these terms.

Intellectual Property

All original text, layout, worksheets, branding and other protectable elements are owned by Tateway Enterprises, LLC or used with permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademarks, ownership or other intellectual-property rights.

Educational Disclaimer

Tateway products provide general educational and organizational information. They do not constitute:

  • Legal advice
  • Tax or accounting advice
  • Financial or investment advice
  • Credit-repair advice
  • Government or regulatory advice
  • A grant award, grant application approval or funding guarantee
  • A promise of income, sales, financing or business success

Customers remain responsible for verifying requirements and consulting qualified professionals before making legal, tax, financial, regulatory or business decisions.

Product Results

Results depend on the customer’s circumstances, decisions, implementation and other factors outside Tateway Enterprises’ control.

Testimonials, examples or planning tools do not guarantee that another customer will receive the same result.

Payment and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added based on the customer’s location and Payhip’s tax-processing rules.

Charges may appear as TATEWAY ENT on the customer’s bank statement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and contacting us promptly regarding suspected duplicate or unauthorized transactions.

Third-Party Services

The storefront may rely on or link to third-party services, including Payhip, Stripe and external websites. Tateway Enterprises is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, security practices or content.

Availability and Updates

We may correct errors, update products, change prices, discontinue products or modify these terms when reasonably necessary.

A purchase does not promise indefinite updates, future editions, consulting services or access to products not expressly included in the listing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tateway Enterprises will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the use of a digital product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tateway Enterprises’ total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

3. Digital Product and Refund Policy

Immediate Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally made available immediately after payment through Payhip’s customer download page and purchase receipt.

Customers should download and safely store their files. Download attempts may be limited to protect against unauthorized distribution.

General Refund Position

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.

We do not ordinarily issue refunds because a customer:

  • Changed their mind
  • Did not read the product description
  • Decided they no longer need the product
  • Lacks compatible software after compatibility information was provided
  • Expected services, customization or results not included in the listing
  • Failed to use or complete the materials
  • Obtained the files and later requested a refund without identifying a product problem

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.

Refunds or Remedies We Will Consider

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same transaction
  • You received the wrong product
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement
  • The product materially differs from its published description
  • A refund or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law

We may first attempt to correct the issue, replace the file or provide reasonable access assistance.

Requesting Assistance or a Refund

Submit your request through https://tatewayenterprises.com and include:

  • The name used for the purchase
  • The purchasing email address
  • The order date
  • The product name
  • A clear explanation of the problem
  • Relevant screenshots, when appropriate

Do not send complete payment-card information.

Effect of a Refund

When a refund is issued, Payhip may immediately revoke access to the download page and digital content. The customer must stop using and delete refunded files and copies.

Chargebacks

Please contact Tateway Enterprises first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate billing or access issues.

Knowingly filing a false chargeback or retaining and using refunded digital content may result in termination of access and other remedies permitted by law.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Customers may have additional rights based on their country or state. Nothing in this policy excludes legally required remedies for digital content that is defective, materially misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
