TeachWithMrGous provides downloadable educational resources designed primarily for teachers, educators and learners in the Foundation Phase.

Our products may include worksheets, intervention resources, activities, posters, reading resources, classroom resources and other educational materials.

2. Digital Products

All products sold through TeachWithMrGous are digital products unless otherwise stated.

After a successful purchase, customers receive access to the relevant digital files through the delivery system provided by Payhip.

No physical product will be shipped for products listed as digital downloads.

3. Personal and Educational Use

Products purchased from TeachWithMrGous are licensed for use by the individual purchaser.

The purchaser may:

• Print the resources for their own classroom use.
• Use the resources with learners they teach.
• Make reasonable printed copies for use within their own classroom.
• Store the purchased files for personal educational use.

4. Copyright and Sharing

All TeachWithMrGous resources remain the intellectual property of TeachWithMrGous unless otherwise stated.

Purchased resources may not be:

• Resold or redistributed.
• Shared publicly online.
• Uploaded to Facebook groups, websites, Google Drive, Dropbox or other file-sharing platforms.
• Given to other teachers as digital copies.
• Modified and sold as a new product.
• Used to create another commercial resource.
• Uploaded to marketplaces or resource-selling platforms.
• Shared through WhatsApp groups or other messaging groups for distribution.

If another teacher would like to use a resource, they should purchase their own copy.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, previews and images accurately represent what is included in each resource.

Customers are encouraged to carefully read the product description and preview information before purchasing.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, access to the purchased digital product will be provided.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

8. Changes to Products

TeachWithMrGous reserves the right to update, improve or modify products from time to time.

Where appropriate, updates may be made available to previous customers.
