Hi, I'm Shannalee!

I'm an educator, author, and the creator of Teacher Ready Studio.

As a Special Education teacher, I've seen firsthand how much time and care goes into making sure every student has meaningful access to learning. I also know what it's like to finish teaching for the day and still have hours of planning, adapting, scaffolding, and creating ahead of you.

Throughout my teaching journey, I've created differentiated materials, graphic organizers, sentence starters, reading and writing supports, intervention resources, and other tools to help students access grade-level learning in ways that meet their individual needs.

That's what inspired Teacher Ready Studio.

I wanted to create a space where educators could find practical, classroom-ready resources that save time without sacrificing thoughtful instruction.

My goal isn't to give teachers more to do. It's to help make what you're already doing a little easier.

Whether you're supporting students in a general education classroom, special education setting, intervention group, inclusive classroom, or anywhere in between, I hope these resources help you spend less time creating everything from scratch and more time focusing on what matters most—your students.

As both an educator and an author, I believe strongly in the power of encouragement, accessibility, and meeting learners where they are while continuing to help them grow.
