Adrian Stonebridge was a full-time tennis teaching professional between 1958 and 2005. In 1960 he founded the Stonebridge Tennis School where he began to develop the Stonebridge Skeleton System - a unique formula for teaching and learning tennis, which works at all levels of play. The Stonebridge Tennis Academy, which ran from 1982-2005, and remains the only one of its kind in the UK, offered full time training for a career in tennis coaching. It was formally recognised as a College of Further Education. There are now over 200 graduates, many in prestigious coaching positions, teaching Adrian’s system throughout the world.
