Commercial Use Terms

You're welcome to use these products in both personal and commercial projects, including products you sell, provided you follow a few simple guidelines.

Templates in this shop are creative resources rather than finished products. They're intended to become part of something new that you create, not to be redistributed as design assets.

Please don't:

• Re-sell, share, distribute, or sub-license any product from this shop as a design resource, whether unchanged or only slightly modified.
• Sell products that directly compete with the original resource. For example, don't repackage graphics, templates, or other design assets for others to design with.
• Sell my template files by themselves or make modified versions of them, instead, use them to create your own finished products.
• Make modified versions of cake toppers, rather, use them to create physical creations or use them as clipart inside other types of projects.

If you're creating something new for customers to enjoy or use, you're almost certainly within the spirit of this license. If you're creating something for other designers to use as a resource, it probably isn't permitted. If you're ever unsure, just get in touch, I'm always happy to help.

Additionally, credit isn't required, but is always appreciated where appropriate. This license is built for small business, while there are no production restrictions, larger businesses should reach out for a corporate license, especially where wholesale distribution will be utilized.
