Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final once your purchase has been made and your files have been made available for download.
Because digital downloads cannot be returned, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem with your download, receive an incorrect file, or believe there has been an error with your order, please get in touch. I'll always do my best to help resolve the issue.

I make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. If an obvious error occurs, Terrific Templates reserves the right to correct it, cancel the affected order, and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
