1. Understanding Your Options: Digital vs. Physical Products

Digital Downloads (Payhip):

Purchase digital wall art files for instant download and print-at-home or via your favorite print shop.
When viewing a digital product, you’ll see: “Want this shipped to your door? Click Here.” This link will take you directly to the matching RedBubble product page for physical items.

Physical Products (RedBubble):

Prefer your art shipped to you as a finished product? Click the provided link to purchase ready-made wall art and more, professionally produced and delivered by RedBubble.

2. Digital Downloads: What’s Included & How It Works

File Types & Tiers:

Basic Personal License ($11.11):

Lower-resolution PDF & PNG (POD-ready, perfect for personal use).
Logo includes website address.
For one-time, personal use only—decorate your space or use as a desktop background.
No edits, no commercial use, no customization.

Premium Personal License ($111.11):

Everything in Basic, plus high-resolution rectangle (CMYK & RGB) and square (RGB, black/white transparent backgrounds) files.
Logo without website address.
For creative personal projects—print large, gift to friends, or add your own touch (minor modifications allowed).
No commercial use.

Commercial License ($333.33):

All Premium files, with full commercial rights.
Unlimited commercial projects, modify as needed (non-exclusive; original files can’t be resold as-is).

Bonus:

Every tier includes a free social media post (downloadable, no purchase necessary—see the second to last product image).
All purchases include a bonus phone wallpaper.

How to Download:

After purchase, check your confirmation email for the download link.
Always download the full, high-resolution files instead of saving website previews for best print quality.

Printing & Sizing:

All designs use the standard A-series paper ratio for easy scaling.
For best results, please do your own research or consult an expert/AI tool for paper, printer, or file format questions. ThatZenLife Designs does not recommend specific print shops or paper types.

For download or technical issues, contact Payhip support first. If they advise you to reach out to the artist, email ThatZenLife420@gmail.com for assistance.

3. Physical Products: Shipping, Returns, and Customization

Product Range:

Every ThatZenLife Designs artwork is available on all RedBubble product types (wall art, apparel, home goods, and more).

Production & Shipping:

All RedBubble items are made-to-order. Production time varies by product type (simple items: 1–3 days, complex: 2–7+ days).
Shipping times depend on your location and shipping method (standard or express).
Domestic: Typically 3–10 business days after production.
International: Usually 7–21 business days, but may vary.
Tracking is provided for most orders.
Customs and weather may cause additional delays, especially internationally.

Shipping Restrictions:

RedBubble ships to most countries, but some restrictions apply. The only way to confirm availability for your address is to proceed to checkout.

Returns & Exchanges:

Damaged or defective items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Most tops, phone cases, and stickers are eligible for exchange (size, color, style) within 30 days.
For unwanted items, RedBubble may offer refunds or vouchers at their discretion.
All returns, exchanges, and shipping issues are handled directly by RedBubble support.

Customization:

No direct design customization is available on RedBubble.
If you want to customize artwork, you must purchase the digital files (Basic tier is perfect for one-time, personal use POD projects).
Special requests for custom artwork are not accepted.

4. Key Differences: Digital Downloads vs. Physical Products

Digital Downloads (Payhip):

You receive high-quality digital files that you can print yourself or use with a print-on-demand service.
Logo placement varies by tier:
Basic tier includes my website in the logo.
Premium and Commercial tiers do not include the website in the logo.
Premium and Commercial tiers also provide files with both white and black transparent backgrounds.
You get both CMYK and RGB color files for maximum print flexibility.
You can customize the files, but only if you have the proper license (Premium or Commercial).
Delivery is instant—download your files as soon as you complete your purchase.
Commercial use is only allowed if you purchase the Commercial License.

Physical Products (RedBubble):

You receive a finished, professionally produced product shipped to your door (like wall art, apparel, mugs, and more).
All physical products include the website in the logo, regardless of design.
Only black transparent backgrounds are available on physical products.
All products are printed in RGB color mode only.
You cannot customize the artwork or make changes to the design.
There’s a wide variety of product types and formats to choose from.
Delivery takes place after the product is made and shipped to you.
Purchasing a physical product does not grant you any commercial rights or access to the digital files.

5. Licensing & Usage Rights

Digital Files:
Personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
You may not share, upload, or resell the original files or derivatives, except as permitted by the license.
Only Commercial License holders may use designs for resale via print-on-demand platforms.
Physical Products:
Purchasing a physical product does NOT grant digital/commercial rights or access to the digital files.
No resale, reproduction, or redistribution of the artwork is permitted.
Legal Notice:
ThatZenLife Designs reserves the right to update policies at any time. Please review product descriptions and licensing terms before purchase.
