About Me
I write from the heart, from the quiet mornings when hope feels fragile and from the
nights when I’ve had to remind myself that tomorrow is still worth waking up for. My
mission is simple: to lift up those who, like me, have needed a little light during their
darkest hours. Through every entry, I lean into my own past—my struggles, my
resilience, my small victories—to show that even the hardest days can give way to
purpose, connection, and renewal.
I’ve spent years working in healthcare, witnessing both the challenges and the
incredible moments of healing that come from showing up for one another. Those
experiences helped me realize that while I can’t mend every wound, I can still offer
something gentle and honest: stories, reflections, and reasons to keep going. Writing has
always been in me, but it was through those firsthand encounters—seeing how people
found strength in the everyday—that I finally knew how I could help the most.
50 Reasons to Keep Living and its sequel, 50 Reasons to Keep Living, Pt. 2, are my
bilingual tributes to persistence: memoirs of the moments that pushed me to keep rising,
the small sparks that rekindled my hope, and the quiet joys that remind us life is worth
living. I write about resilience, self-help, and the power of choosing to stay present, even
when it feels impossible. As I continue this author journey, I’m committed to growing
alongside my readers, learning from every story, and sharing whatever lessons I can to
brighten someone else’s day.
Thank you for visiting my space. I hope these pages remind you that you, too, can keep
finding new reasons to live—one day, one breath, one quiet reflection at a time.
