Hi, I’m Cath Channell, the founder of ADHD Buddies.


I created ADHD Buddies because I was tired of ADHD support always feeling clinical, overwhelming, or built for people who don’t actually live with ADHD.


This space is designed to feel like catching up for a coffee with someone who gets it.


Everything here is:

I’m not a therapist or medical professional. My work is offered as peer support and ADHD coaching, based on lived experience, education, and tried and tested practical tools. The resources here are designed to complement professional support, not replace therapy, medical advice, or mental health care.

If you’re working with a psychologist, psychiatrist, GP, or other health professional, these tools can sit alongside that support to help you apply insights in everyday life.
