Lauren Piper - Registered Psychologist
I am a registered psychologist based in Australia, working in private practice with a focus on supporting individuals and families within the neurodivergence space.
My work centres on ADHD across the lifespan, with particular interest in emotional regulation, executive functioning, and how these differences show up in everyday life. I take a strengths-based, neuroaffirming approach, helping clients better understand how their brain works and develop practical, sustainable strategies that support daily functioning.
I draw on evidence-based frameworks, including cognitive behavioural therapy and psychoeducation, while prioritising clarity, compassion, and real-world application. My goal is to make psychological support more accessible, understandable, and genuinely useful beyond the therapy room.
