Stacie has spent more than a decade running chapters, with a stretch in luxury travel in between where flawless was the floor, not the goal. Board development, event production, member communications, vendor relationships, she's done all of it, mostly by figuring it out herself.

She built this playbook for a simple reason. Chapter Management is one of those jobs where everyone is solving the same problems alone, and nobody has time to write any of it down. So she wrote it down. What's here isn't best practice pulled from a conference deck. It's the actual set of systems she runs on, the ones that survived contact with real members, real boards, and real deadlines.
