How it all started

The Attitude Fix began not as a book, but as a grassroots training program in 2006 for Military Housing employees. Its success was organic, spread by word of mouth, and it quickly grew from military bases across the country into Corporate America.


What set this training apart was its authenticity. There was no corporate fluff, just raw, relatable lessons delivered in a refreshingly conversational style. People didn’t just listen, they engaged, often forgetting they were in a training session at all. Much of that authenticity came from the trainer himself: Jeff Scott, a former maintenance man whose own journey from a challenging past to recovery and eventual success became the heart of the program.


That same powerful, experience-driven content is now captured in The Attitude Fix. Since its release, Jeff has expanded the journey with supporting materials, including:
