TL Goldstein is a licensed clinical social worker and private practice therapist on Long Island, New York, and the parent of an autistic child. Her work brings together clinical experience and lived experience to support parents who are carrying a lot, often quietly. Her guided journal, What We Carry, gives autism parents a gentle, honest space to reflect on the parenthood they imagined, the parenthood they’re living, and who they’re becoming.
