Hi, I’m Miguel, but most people know me as The Aviation Mentor.

I’m a Service Recovery Programme Manager at Heathrow Airport, and a passionate advocate for helping the next generation of aviation professionals build the confidence, clarity, and tools they need to break into the industry.

After getting rejected from countless early career jobs, I landed my first breakthrough at Heathrow Rail. Since then, I’ve worked across service recovery, identity management, and mentored hundreds of aspiring aviation professionals along the way and deliver interviews for jobs and gradates scheme in the industry.
