1. 同意と許諾

購入、ダウンロードまたは使用により、本規約と適用されるPayhipの条件に同意したものとみなされます。購入者本人に限り、個人・非商用目的で使用できる、非独占的・譲渡不能・再許諾不能のライセンスです。本人が所有・管理する複数端末で利用できます。

2. 許可される利用

・PNGカバー対応アプリでの個人利用

・個人用ノート、手帳、ジャーナル等のカバー

・個人利用の範囲での文字追加、トリミング、サイズ変更、軽微な色調整

・購入者本人のみがアクセスできる安全なバックアップ

3. 禁止事項

・共有、譲渡、貸与、公開アップロード

・原形式または改変後の転売、再配布、再許諾、テンプレート化、素材・ストックとしての提供

・商品、印刷物、クライアントワーク、事業、POD、NFT、アプリ、ウェブサービス、ロゴ、商標への利用

・AI／機械学習の学習、テスト、評価、微調整、データセット、生成モデル、作風抽出への利用

・作者や権利者を偽る行為、権利表示の削除、第三者が素材を抽出できる状態での公開

4. 著作権と終了

著作権等はThe Beauty Bureauまたは各権利者に留保され、所有権は移転しません。違反時はライセンスが直ちに終了し、すべての複製物を削除してください。法令で必要な場合を除き、違反による返金は行いません。

5. 互換性・免責

対応アプリ、端末、OSは購入前にご確認ください。本商品はGoodnotes等の第三者サービスとは独立し、提携・承認・後援を受けていません。現状有姿で提供され、法令で許される範囲で責任上限は本商品への実支払額です。ただし法令上制限できない責任を除きます。

6. Payhip・消費者の権利

購入・提供にはPayhipの適用条件も適用されます。本規約は、法令により放棄できない消費者の権利を制限しません。

1. Acceptance and License

Purchase, download, or use constitutes acceptance of this license and applicable Payhip terms. The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use only, including use on multiple devices they own or control.

2. Permitted Uses

• Import into compatible apps supporting custom PNG covers.

• Use as covers for the purchaser’s personal notebooks, planners, or journals.

• Add personal text, crop, resize, or make minor color adjustments for personal use.

• Keep secure backups accessible only to the purchaser.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Sharing, transferring, lending, or publicly uploading the files.

• Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, templating, or offering original or modified files as stock or assets.

• Use in merchandise, print products, client work, business activity, print-on-demand, NFTs, apps, web services, logos, or trademarks.

• AI or machine-learning training, testing, evaluation, fine-tuning, datasets, model generation, or style extraction.

• False authorship, removal of rights notices, or publishing material from which the artwork can be extracted.

4. Copyright and Termination

Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with The Beauty Bureau or the applicable rights holder; ownership is not transferred. A breach immediately terminates the license and all copies must be deleted. No refund is due for a breach except where required by law.

5. Compatibility and Disclaimer

Check device, operating-system, and app compatibility before purchase. This independent product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Goodnotes or other third parties. It is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for this product, excluding liability that cannot legally be limited.

6. Payhip and Consumer Rights

Applicable Payhip terms govern checkout and delivery. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
