1. 商品と配送

当ストアの商品はデジタルダウンロード商品です。物理的な商品の発送はありません。各商品ページに記載されたファイル形式、内容、対応環境をご確認ください。

2. 価格・支払い・税

価格は各商品ページに表示されます。最終的な支払額、適用税、利用可能な決済方法はチェックアウト画面で確認してください。決済およびダウンロード提供にはPayhipのシステムを使用します。

3. 提供時期

有料または無料の注文が正常に完了すると、通常はダウンロードリンクが表示・送信されます。メールアドレスの誤入力、決済確認、審査、システム障害等により遅れる場合があります。届かない場合は迷惑メールフォルダもご確認ください。

4. 利用範囲

原則として購入者本人による個人・非商用利用に限ります。共有、再配布、転売、商用利用、AI・機械学習への利用は禁止です。商品別のライセンスがある場合は、その商品別条件が優先します。

5. キャンセル・返品・返金

お客様都合によるキャンセル・返品・交換・返金は、有料の購入ファイルのダウンロード開始後は原則としてお受けしていません。開始前にキャンセルを希望する場合は、ダウンロードを開始せずPayhipへお問い合わせください。キャンセルはPayhipのEnd User Licenceに従って扱われます。購入前の無料プレビューの閲覧・ダウンロードは、有料の購入ファイルのダウンロードには当たりません。

重複請求、ファイルの欠損・破損、アクセスできない問題、誤配信、商品説明との重大な相違がある場合は、注文情報を添えてご連絡ください。内容を確認して対応します。本方針は、適用法令またはPayhipの強制的な規定に基づく権利・救済を制限しません。

6. 互換性と第三者サービス

利用には対応する端末、OS、アプリが必要です。購入前に互換性をご確認ください。Goodnotes等の名称・商標は各権利者に帰属します。当ストアの商品は第三者サービスとは独立しており、特記のない限り提携・承認・後援を受けたものではありません。

All products in this store are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped. Review each product page for included files, formats, and compatibility.

2. Prices, Payment, and Tax

Prices appear on the product page. The checkout page shows the final amount, applicable taxes, and available payment methods. Payhip processes checkout and digital delivery.

3. Delivery Timing

A download link is normally displayed or emailed after a paid or free order completes successfully. Delivery may be delayed by an incorrect email address, payment confirmation, review, or service outage. Check the spam folder if the email is not received.

4. License Scope

Unless stated otherwise, products are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, redistribution, resale, commercial use, and AI or machine-learning use are prohibited. Product-specific license terms take priority where provided.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

For change-of-mind requests, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally unavailable once you begin downloading the purchased files. If you wish to cancel before downloading, do not begin the download and contact Payhip; its End User Licence governs cancellation. Viewing or downloading the free pre-purchase preview is not a download of the purchased files.

For duplicate charges, missing or corrupted files, access problems, incorrect delivery, or a material discrepancy from the product description, please contact us with your order details so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law or mandatory Payhip rules.

6. Compatibility and Third Parties

A compatible device, operating system, and app are required. Check compatibility before purchase. Third-party names and trademarks, including Goodnotes, belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, our products are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third parties.
