​1. Access to the Marketplace: This pass grants you the right to post one (1) promotional post every 24 hours in the [Insert Sister Group Name] Facebook group.

​2. Content Standards: All posts must be professional and high-quality. We encourage "Elevated Apothecary" aesthetics. Posts containing offensive, illegal, or non-skincare related content will be removed.

​3. No Medical Claims: In compliance with FDA guidelines, you agree not to make any medical claims (e.g., "cures eczema," "treats acne") in your promotions. We are a community of cosmetic formulators, not doctors.

​4. Subscription & Billing: This is a recurring $10 monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time through your Payhip dashboard or via email.

​5. No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of group access and the immediate visibility provided, no refunds will be issued for partial months or if a post is removed for violating group rules.

​6. Group Membership: You must remain a member in good standing. If you are removed from the group for bullying, harassment, or severe rule-breaking, your pass will be revoked without a refund.
