About Me

Levi Noe is a Denver-based commercial real estate broker, writer, educator, and entrepreneur. Over five years in commercial real estate, he has closed more than 50 deals totaling over $35 million across multiple asset classes, with a particular focus on retail, food and beverage, and hospitality. His experience spans every side of the table—from representing tenants and landlords to advising buyers and sellers—which has given him a practical understanding of not just how deals get done, but how the interests of the people involved shape them.

Before commercial real estate, Levi spent more than 15 years working across multidisciplinary education, writing, and creative fields. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing and has published more than 60 works of fiction, flash fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction since 2010. His background also includes professional content and copywriting, experience that continues to influence the way he approaches commercial real estate: take something complicated, understand what actually matters, and explain it in language people can use.

An entrepreneur by nature, Levi has built multiple businesses from the ground up and has spent much of his career moving between creative and commercial worlds. The CRE Advocate grew out of that intersection—and from a belief that business owners shouldn’t need to become real estate experts just to avoid making an expensive mistake.
