I'm Amanda — CrossFit L2 coach, BJJ athlete, professional farrier, and the person who spent years thinking inconsistent energy and "weak weeks" were just part of being a woman in her 30s.

The Cadence Method is what I built when I figured that out. It's cycle-aligned training and nutrition for active women 35+ who are tired of guessing why they crush it some weeks and then get crushed by others.
