Hi, I'm Neri, founder of TheCalmParrot. I born and raised in the Philippines, where I learned almost everything I know about comfort and care from watching the women in my family tend their gardens and kitchens.

I started this shop to share something simple: the traditions, teas, and rituals that have quietly been part of Filipino households for generations — the kind of care you won't find in a pharmacy, but can easily bring into your own home.

Everything I create is written the way I'd explain it to a friend — warmly, honestly, and without any of the hype. If something here gives you a moment of comfort, or reminds you of a tradition worth keeping alive, then it's done exactly what I hoped it would.
