To communicate with majority of the vendors, you will need to use the app called “WhatsApp”. For the others, you will use Alibaba.

You will not be able to reach the vendors if you send them a message using your regular phone service.

When contacting them on WhatsApp you have to remove your country code (ex: +1) and enter their country code, which will usually be +86.

After entering their country code, you will then enter the rest of the vendors number.

Once finished, click done -> compose your message -> and your vendor will be in contact soon!

I find it best to communicate with them during the night!

Many other vendors you will contact through a website/app called Alibaba. 100% legit and probably the most safest way to purchase through vendors since they have trade insurance. To communicate you simply click on the “Contact Supplier” button.
