By purchasing, downloading, commissioning, receiving, or otherwise using any avatar, model, texture, asset bundle, or digital product created by TheChubbyBimbo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.

1. License Agreement

All purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product.

Purchasing a product from TheChubbyBimbo does not transfer ownership of the product or any included assets. Ownership and intellectual property rights remain solely with TheChubbyBimbo.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all products are intended for private use only.

2. Ownership & Copyright

All avatars, meshes, textures, materials, rigs, edits, designs, icons, and included assets are the intellectual property of TheChubbyBimbo and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may not claim any portion of my work as your own.

3. Redistribution & Resale

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, trade, gift, or leak any files.
• Share files with others, including friends, partners, or groups.
• Upload files to websites, servers, repositories, or marketplaces where others may access them.
• Include TheChubbyBimbo products in bundles, subscriptions, memberships, giveaways, rewards, or asset packs.
• Use one purchase for multiple individuals.

Each user must obtain their own license through purchase.

4. Public Uploads & Cloneable Avatars

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all TheChubbyBimbo products are intended for private use only.

You may NOT:

• Upload TheChubbyBimbo avatars publicly.
• Make avatars cloneable.
• Share upload-ready packages.
• Provide public access to purchased products.

5. Asset Extraction & Reuse

You may NOT:

• Extract or remove assets from TheChubbyBimbo products.
• Reuse components on other projects.
• Use TheChubbyBimbo products as bases for releases.
• Kitbash my work into products intended for distribution or sale.
• Rip, modify, or redistribute assets separately from the original product.

6. Personal Edits

You are permitted to:

• Recolor and customize products.
• Make personal modifications for private use.
• Create edited versions for yourself.

Personal edits do not grant ownership.

Edited versions may NOT be:

• Resold.
• Redistributed.
• Shared publicly.
• Uploaded as public avatars.
• Used commercially without written permission.

7. Commercial Use

Commercial use is prohibited unless a separate written agreement or commercial license has been provided by TheChubbyBimbo.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

• Paid commissions.
• Game development.
• Merchandise.
• Asset packs.
• Monetized content.
• Products derived from TheChubbyBimbo assets.
• Any form of redistribution for profit.

Commercial licensing may be available upon request.

8. Prohibited Uses

NFT & Blockchain

TheChubbyBimbo products may not be:

• Minted as NFTs.
• Used in blockchain-based projects.
• Included in cryptocurrency-related products or services.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

TheChubbyBimbo products may not be used for:

• AI training.
• Dataset creation.
• Machine learning systems.
• Generative AI.
• Synthetic media generation.
• Scraping or automated reproduction.

No portion of my work may be used to train or develop artificial intelligence systems.

Illegal or Harmful Activities

TheChubbyBimbo products may not be used for:

• Hate speech.
• Harassment.
• Discrimination.
• Extremist content.
• Illegal activities.
• Malicious or abusive purposes.

Violation of these restrictions immediately terminates your license.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be issued.
• No exchanges are offered.
• Chargebacks are prohibited.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate license revocation.
• Permanent blacklisting.
• Removal of support privileges.

Violations of these Terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of your license.
• Permanent blacklisting from future TheChubbyBimbo products and services.
• Loss of updates and customer support.
• DMCA takedown requests.
• Legal action where applicable.

Unauthorized redistribution, leaking, ripping, or theft may constitute copyright infringement.

11. Anti-Leak Policy

Individuals found engaging in any of the following:

• Leaking products.
• Unauthorized redistribution.
• Asset ripping.
• Reselling or stealing content.
• Circumventing licensing restrictions.

May be subject to:

• Permanent blacklisting.
• Removal from TheChubbyBimbo communities and services.
• Reports to storefront platforms.
• DMCA enforcement.
• Refusal of future service.

TheChubbyBimbo reserves the right to maintain and enforce a no-service policy against individuals who violate these Terms.

12. Updates & Support

Product support, bug fixes, and future updates are provided at the discretion of TheChubbyBimbo and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

TheChubbyBimbo reserves the right to:

• Modify products.
• Update pricing.
• Revise these Terms of Service.
• Discontinue products without prior notice.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Violation of these Terms automatically terminates your right to use any TheChubbyBimbo products.
