Frequently Asked Questions
If I am not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Coaching is a collaborative experience, and your satisfaction matters. If something does not feel aligned after your session, you are welcome to reach out to discuss your concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed, but in exceptional cases we will review requests on an individual basis.
How does appointment scheduling work?
Once you complete your purchase, you will be redirected to book your session using my scheduling link (via Calendly). You will choose a time that works for you, and a confirmation email with all the session details will be sent your way.
Can I book more than one session?
Absolutely! This offer is for a one-time session, but if you would like to continue working together, you are welcome to purchase another session anytime. Returning clients often use this space for continued clarity, decision-making, or deeper exploration.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy often looks to the past — exploring the roots, healing old wounds, and navigating clinical concerns. Coaching helps you bloom from where you are now. It is forward-focused, solution-oriented, and designed to support your clarity, alignment, and next steps.
While therapy is deep excavation, coaching is sacred reflection — a space to reconnect with your truth and create intentional change.
This session does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but it will help you feel more grounded, guided, and connected to your inner compass.
What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)? How will this help me?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful method of personal development that focuses on understanding the connection between language, behavior, and the subconscious mind. By using techniques such as reframing, anchoring, and visualization, NLP helps you break through mental barriers, change negative thought patterns, and reprogram your subconscious mind for success. It empowers you to align your thoughts and actions with your goals, leading to greater self-confidence, clarity, and achievement.
Who is Carl Jung and what is shadow work?
Carl Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist who developed the theory of the collective unconscious and the concept of the shadow — the hidden or suppressed parts of our psyche. Shadow work is the process of exploring these unconscious aspects to integrate them into your conscious awareness. By facing your shadows, you can release limiting beliefs, heal emotional wounds, and fully embrace your true self. It is a powerful tool for personal growth, healing, and self-empowerment.
What is Hermeticism? What can it do for me?
Hermeticism is an ancient and mystical tradition that holds the keys to universal wisdom and the alchemical transformation of the self. Rooted in sacred principles such as the Law of Correspondence ("As Above, So Below") and Mentalism ("The All is Mind"), it teaches you to awaken to the hidden truths of the universe and your place within it.
Through Hermeticism, you align your mind with the cosmic forces that shape reality, uncovering your soul’s purpose and tapping into the boundless potential of the Divine. This sacred knowledge can guide you through life's challenges, helping you transcend the illusion of separation and manifest your desires in harmony with the flow of the universe.
Hermeticism is not merely a philosophy, but a way of life — a sacred art that unlocks your inner power, illuminates your path, and guides you toward spiritual mastery and enlightenment.
What is Gnosticism? How can it help me?
Gnosticism is the mystical path of direct, experiential knowledge of the Divine
— the inner knowing of truth that transcends conventional teachings and opens the soul to profound revelations. It is the pursuit of gnosis — the esoteric wisdom that comes from inner vision and spiritual awakening.
At its core, Gnosticism invites you to embark on a journey of self-realization, shedding the illusions of the material world and connecting with the Divine spark within you. It teaches you to see through the veil of separation, embracing your soul’s purpose and your intrinsic connection to the cosmos.
Through Gnosticism, you are called to awaken to the truth of who you really are, free from the confines of worldly distractions, and to align your life with the higher truths of the universe. It offers liberation from the shackles of ignorance and illusion, guiding you toward a life of spiritual insight, wisdom, and inner peace.
