Welcome to The Core Method. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our digital storefronts on Payhip, Etsy, Gumroad, Whop, or any other platform where our products are sold (collectively, the "Store"), and your purchase and use of our digital products, including ebooks, templates, guides, and related materials (the "Products").
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product from The Core Method, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our Products.

2. Intellectual Property & License to Use
All Products sold by The Core Method are the exclusive intellectual property of The Core Method and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a Product, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use the Product for your personal or internal business purposes. You may share the Product with others on a personal basis, provided no profit or compensation is involved.
You May:
•Download and save the Product to your personal devices.
•Print copies of the Product for your own personal or internal business use.
•Use the templates and frameworks provided within the Product to create documents for your own business.
•Share the Product with friends, family members, or colleagues on a personal, non-commercial basis — as long as no payment, exchange, or compensation of any kind is involved.
You May NOT:
•Resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Product (in whole or in part) to any third party in exchange for money, credit, goods, services, or any other form of compensation.
•Upload, list, or make the Product available for sale or download on any platform, marketplace, website, or service.
•Claim the Product or its contents as your own original work.
•Use the Product as the basis for a competing product or service that is offered for sale.
•Publish the Product publicly online or in print for commercial purposes.
The core restriction is simple: you cannot profit from our Products. Personal, non-commercial sharing is permitted. Any form of resale or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the digital, downloadable nature of our Products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a Product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we cannot revoke access. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully and ensure the Product meets your needs before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a Product prior to buying, please contact us.
Exception: If you experience technical difficulties downloading or accessing your purchased Product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or providing a replacement file.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Core Method and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
•Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Products.
•Any conduct or content of any third party on the Store platforms (e.g., Payhip, Etsy, Gumroad, Whop).
•Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
•Any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any information provided in the Products.
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Products exceed the total amount paid by you to The Core Method for the specific Product in question.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our Products are hosted and sold on third-party platforms (such as Payhip, Etsy, Gumroad, and Whop). Your use of these platforms is also governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party platforms.
6. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Store or updating this document. Your continued use of the Store or our Products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
