I’m Mary — a guide, mentor, and mirror for those who sense a quiet knowing that there is more to who they are and how they live.

My path hasn’t been linear. I’ve lived many lives within this one — from the fast pace of New York to years in Ibiza, where life slowed me down enough to listen, shed old identities, and remember what truly matters. Along the way, I moved through profound change, loss, awakening, and return — each chapter bringing me closer to myself.

Today, my work is simple and deeply human.

I help people come back into alignment with themselves — beyond noise, expectations, labels, or timelines that no longer fit. I don’t fix, push, or hustle anyone forward. I hold space, reflect truth, and walk beside you as clarity emerges naturally.

My approach is intuitive, grounded, and embodied. It weaves together lived experience, deep listening, energetic awareness, and practical integration — so what’s felt during a meditation can gently land in the body and in everyday life.
