Affiliate Program Terms & Policy

Welcome to our Affiliate Program! By joining and participating in this program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to protect our brand, ensure fair affiliate practices, and promote ethical marketing. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must agree to comply with all the terms of this policy and any applicable laws.

2. Performance Requirement

• After your initial 2-week grace period, all affiliates must maintain a minimum of 10 sales per week to remain active in the program.
• Failure to meet this minimum performance threshold may result in removal from the program without notice.

3. Payout Terms

• The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD.
• You will earn 20% of each sale (uncapped commission)
• Payouts are made exclusively through PayPal.
• Commissions will be processed and sent on a weekly basis, provided the minimum threshold has been met.
• You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal account is active and capable of receiving funds.

4. Prohibited Marketing Practices

To protect the integrity of our brand, affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

a. Deceptive or False Advertising

• No misleading claims or guarantees about the product’s capabilities or earnings potential.
• All promotional material must accurately represent the product as described.

b. Fraudulent Activity

• Any form of fraud, including but not limited to self-referrals, cookie stuffing, fake leads, or artificial traffic generation, will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

c. Incentivized Traffic

• You may not offer cash rewards, giveaways, contest entries, points, or any form of compensation in exchange for clicks, sales, or leads.

d. Use of Adult or Explicit Content

• Affiliates may not use pornographic, adult, or sexually suggestive content or websites to promote our products.
• Violating this term will lead to immediate and permanent removal from the program.

5. Product Representation

• You are encouraged to promote this offer as a resellable digital product with Master Reseller Rights.
• You may advertise this product as something your audience can resell and profit from, but always use truthful and ethical marketing tactics.

6. Branding & Use of Intellectual Property

• You may use our brand assets and product images provided in the affiliate dashboard, but must not alter the logo or misrepresent the brand.
• You may not represent yourself as an employee or official partner of our company.

7. Termination Policy

• We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms.
• Termination will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

8. Application & Approval Process

• Once you submit your affiliate application, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to review and approve your request.
• Approval is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to deny any application that does not align with our brand or values.

9. Policy Updates

• These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.
• Continued participation in the program indicates your acceptance of any changes.
