Hi, I’m Jamie East—the photographer, gardener, and creator behind The East Experience.

I’m drawn to the little things that make a life feel beautiful: afternoon light across a room, flowers gathered from the garden, a well-loved vintage find, and quiet moments at home with my family.

Photography has become my way of paying attention. Through my ongoing practice of noticing, I’ve found so much joy in capturing ordinary moments and appreciating what’s already here. That practice inspires the guides and journals you’ll find in this shop.

I create gentle invitations to slow down, explore your creativity, and see your everyday surroundings with fresh eyes. My hope is that these pages give you a place to begin—whether you’re taking a walk with your camera, reflecting in a journal, or making a little more room for beauty in your day.
