Ebz & Flowz Studio was created by Eboni, a writer, content creator, and someone who has spent a significant portion of her life trying to figure out who she actually is underneath all the roles she was supposed to play.

After years of high-achieving her way into burnout, quitting jobs that looked good on paper, and navigating the quietly disorienting experience of not recognising herself anymore, she stopped trying to fix it quickly.

Instead she sat with it.

And somewhere in that sitting, a concept emerged.

Identity flow state.

Not a destination. Not a rebrand. Not a glow up.

Just an honest, ongoing, deeply human process of becoming, without apology, without a timeline, and without needing to have it all figured out first.

Ebz & Flowz exists for the people in the in-between. The ones who are too evolved for where they’ve been and not yet arrived at where they’re going. The multifaceted ones. The sensitive ones.
