What you're buying. All products are digital content — downloadable files and/or access details (such as a link and password) delivered immediately after purchase. Digital content will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your licence. Purchases are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, reselling or redistributing any file, link or password — including in group chats, shared drives or file-sharing sites — is a breach of these terms and of copyright.

Cancellation & refunds. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that once delivery begins you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a product is faulty, corrupted, materially not as described, or you cannot access it, email us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you. Change-of-mind refunds after download are at our discretion — get in touch and we'll be reasonable.

Privacy. We receive your name and email from Payhip when you buy, and use them only to deliver your product and provide support. Payment details are handled by Payhip and its payment processors — we never see them. We don't sell or share your data, and we only send marketing if you've opted in.
