1. Order Processing & Trust

• All orders are processed, packaged, and shipped directly by the Elite team.
• We value trust and transparency. To ensure your peace of mind, we gladly provide proof of previous orders and verified customer satisfaction upon request.

2. Payment Structure & Deposit Policy

We utilize a two-part payment structure for all orders:

• Initial Deposit: To begin processing your order, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit goes directly toward securing your items and covering shipping costs.
• Remaining Balance: Once your order is packaged and we provide official proof of shipment, the remaining balance of your order is due immediately.

Example of How It Works:

• Total Order Value: $200
• Step 1: You pay a $25 deposit to start the order.
• Step 2: We package, ship, and provide proof of shipment.
• Step 3: You pay the remaining balance of $175.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Coverage: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
• Address Verification: The Elite team meticulously verifies all shipping addresses from the time they are submitted up until the moment they are printed onto the shipping label. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all address information is accurate at checkout.

4. Tracking Issues & Replacement Policy

We understand that shipping mishaps can happen, and we want to ensure you receive your products. We offer the following protection:

• First Instance: If you experience a verifiable issue with your tracking (e.g., package lost in transit), Elite will provide one (1) free replacement order at no additional cost to you.
• Subsequent Instances: If the exact same tracking or delivery issue occurs on the replacement order, it indicates that an incorrect or faulty address was provided. In this scenario, no further replacements and no refunds will be issued.

5. Amendments

Elite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
