Welcome! I am Vicky and thanks for checking out my page. I am a mum to 4 children ...(yes 4!!) and I love all things birth. I especially love empowering birthing familes on all aspects of labour and birth and spent a lot of my free time immersing myself in birth education and birth rights. So i took the plunge in 2021 and decided to become a hypnobirthing and antental teacher. After i qualified i found that most classes offered were very long and although incredibly detailed and there certainly is a place for that, I wanted to come up with a course for parents who are a bit time poor, or perhaps have left it a bit late in pregnancy to undertake a full antenatal class. In comes the Essentials Masterclass! This class is perfect if you have never done any antenatal or hypnobirthing before or perhaps need a refresher.
