Welcome, I’m Maria. If you have found yourself here perhaps you are feeling a little run down, or out of sync in your life?
For the past 15 years, I have centred my expertise as a Holistic Therapist to give the best experience and support to my clients, so they may receive a high standard of treatment and care.
I have seen over the years the outcomes my treatments have had with my clients. It is wonderful to see the changes over weeks and months as they become calmer, happier people and begin to become empowered in their lives’.
I have supported clients through bereavement, depression and anxiety, physical aches and pains, hormonal imbalances, pregnancy and post natal stage, poor sleep, burn-out and many other phases life faces them with.
My treatments are designed completely around your needs as they change, so each session may vary from the next. I encourage all my clients to take an active part in their healing journey,
Most sessions include Reiki, Reflexology and Sound Healing, although this is discussed before each session so clients can decide how they wish their session to feel, and what outcomes they hope for.

Qualifications
I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist, and a member of the Association of Reflexologists, (the foremost independent professional Reflexology Association).
I hold an additional Diploma in Fertility, Pregnancy, and Post pregnancy Reflexology, and had further training in Advanced Spinal techniques, Aromatherapy for the Feet, Resiliency skills (support through anxiety and stress), Reflexology for the Menopause and Access Bars.
I am a Reiki Master, obtaining my Masters certificate with June Meagher.
I have attended Level 1 Integral Sound Healing Multi Instruments with the Sound Healing Academy (the leading Sound Healing trainers in UK, USA, Australia and West Europe)
I am currently studying for my Sound Healing Practitioner status with the SHA.
