About Me

Hi, I'm S. L. Jackson, Sr.

THE faQ started as a conversation with a friend on the New Jersey shore — a whimsical little phrase, sketched in the sand, that I couldn't stop coming back to. It took two years to turn that idea into something real: a practical framework for facing the moments life throws at us that we never quite name, never quite finish dealing with, and end up just carrying.

I'm not a therapist, and I'm not a pastor. I don't have this fully figured out either — I've faced my own faQ's plenty of times, and failed at them more than once. What I do have is a system that eventually got me to real, repeatable balance, and I wrote it down the way I wish someone had handed it to me.

The Companion Workbook exists because understanding a framework and actually applying it to your own life are two very different things. Together, they're what I call The faQ Collective — and I'm continuing the conversation on the podcast too, one story and one concept at a time.

Wherever you are in your own faQ right now, I hope something here helps you find your way through it.
