Hi, I'm Steve.
For more than 30 years, I've worked in public safety as a firefighter, paramedic, lieutenant, and emergency dispatcher. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
One thing I saw repeatedly was how difficult it can be for families when critical information isn't organized.
