1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service govern purchases made through The Father’s Life, the digital publishing storefront operated by Inspire 9 Inc, a Florida nonprofit corporation.

By purchasing or downloading a product from this store, you agree to these terms.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

The Father’s Life creates and sells original Christian educational ebooks and devotional materials. Products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

All payments are fixed-price purchases of digital products. They are not donations, charitable contributions, tips, membership fees, crowdfunding contributions, or fundraising payments.

1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on each product page before checkout. Payment must be completed through the available secure payment methods before access is provided.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the customer’s location and governing tax requirements.

1. DIGITAL DELIVERY

After successful payment, customers receive electronic access to their purchased product through the checkout confirmation page and the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and maintaining a device and software capable of opening the purchased file.

1. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use.

Customers may download and read the product on their personal devices. Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, share, publish, modify, sublicense, or commercially exploit the product without prior written permission from Inspire 9 Inc.

Purchasing a product does not transfer its copyright or intellectual-property ownership.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All books, written materials, graphics, branding, and downloadable content sold through The Father’s Life are owned or lawfully controlled by Inspire 9 Inc and/or the identified author. These materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

1. REFUNDS

Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy. Because downloadable products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been provided.

This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

1. EDUCATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL CONTENT

Our products are provided for Christian education, encouragement, and personal spiritual development. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Individual experiences and results will vary. No particular personal, spiritual, financial, medical, or professional outcome is guaranteed.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE

Customers may not use our products or store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. Attempts to copy, distribute, resell, or misuse protected content may result in the suspension of access and appropriate legal action.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspire 9 Inc and The Father’s Life will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of a digital product.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms when necessary to reflect changes in our products, business operations, or legal obligations. The effective date displayed above will identify the current version.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of the customer’s jurisdiction.
