Hi, I’m Mika — the creator of FeelGood Kitchen.

I started my anti-inflammatory journey in December 2025 after realizing that as I get older, I need to be more intentional about how I treat my body. Arthritis runs heavily in my family, and I knew I didn’t want that to be my story if I could help it. Instead of waiting for problems to show up, I decided to take a proactive approach through the foods I eat.

Since making the shift to an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, the difference has honestly been incredible. I don’t feel bloated after eating anymore, my body feels lighter, and my energy levels are way higher than they used to be. It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.

One thing I quickly realized during this journey is that giving up sweets felt impossible — I have a serious sweet tooth. So I started experimenting with ways to enjoy desserts while still staying aligned with anti-inflammatory ingredients. That’s how this dessert guide was born.
