I’m Patrice, also known as The Fly Baker a Memphis native now residing in Houston, Texas.

My love for food is rooted in making things that feel familiar, flavorful, and a little elevated without making the kitchen feel intimidating. I’m all about recipes that are approachable, beginner-friendly, and still have enough personality to make people say, “Ohhh, this is FYE.”

From nostalgic desserts and homemade sauces to easy comfort-food favorites and creative twists, I love taking everyday recipes and giving them my own touch.

The Kitchen Flylist was created to share some of those recipes in a way that feels simple, fun, and doable in a real kitchen.

Memphis will always be home, Houston is where I create, and The Fly Baker is where the two meet.
