Harpe Consulting was created with one clear mission: to simplify the process of building, licensing, and operating a child placing agency in GA so that more individuals can effectively serve children and families in need.

With over 11 years of experience in foster care, I have not only worked within the system — I have built within it. I am the founding Director of Generational Child Care, a foster care agency in Georgia, and I have successfully navigated the licensing and start-up process twice. Throughout my career, I have overseen agency operations, compliance, staff development, and training, while supporting children, families, and foster parents through every stage of care.
